“I enjoyed the experience here and think the yoga classes and teachers are very knowledgeable. The only reason I would not give this studio 5 stars is for 2 reasons. First, the location and the lack of parking. Even with giving myself extra time, I almost missed one class and did miss another for the simple reason of not being able to find parking. There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to attend class because there is no parking available. Second, no water fountain. A hot yoga studio without a water fountain is a head scratcher.”

“This is a very nice gym. The restrooms are what you would see in a more expensive club. They just opened last week so there are minor things that need fixing but am very happy with the black card amenities. This gym has two stand up tanning beds, three of the lay down tanning beds, red light therapy, three hydromassage beds, massage chairs and a small lounge for black card members. The grand opening will be the first week of May.”

“Go Vertical is one of the best rock gyms in the area for indoor rock climbing, particularly top-roping and lead climbing. It is also not a bad place to boulder, but there are definitely other gyms to go to that are better to boulder at. They also have auto belay devices for people who might not come with somebody who can belay them. The downside here is that there are only 2 of those, so it really is more worth it to come with somebody. The prices for rentals aren’t terrible, but I would bring your own equipment.”

“Anytime Fitness is a great 24 hour neighborhood gym in the Heights. They have up to date equipment, their cleaner keeps the equipment, two private showers and restrooms spotless and the entire staff is very professional and beyond friendly. No one is ever too busy to answer a question about your personal fitness goals or show you how to correctly use unfamiliar equipment. Friendly, regular folks of all ages attend. I always feel very comfortable working out there as the staff is extremely safety conscious. During non-staffed hours the gym is secure from entry by non members. Personal safety devices are on hand and ready for use should the need arise. I've been a member for several years with nothing but positive experiences. I really look forward to my regular visits and enjoy passing the time with the personable front counter staff on the way in and out. I feel I pay a very reasonable monthly rate for outstanding service. Give them a try and you'll love it.”
