“I love working out here. There’s a really fun upbeat atmosphere at burn that you just don’t get at a traditional gym. You workout as a group and I feel I work harder with people around me. It’s easy for me to waste my gym time moving from place to place at a normal gym but you make the most of your 45 minutes at burn because of the structure of the workouts. The instructors are awesome and will help you with your form if you’re unsure how to do a move. I highly recommend this place and though be warned you might have a hard time going back to a normal gym after this.”

I've learned so much, and while I thought I hit my physical peak over a decade ago, my body is now so much stronger. I live almost 30 minutes away, but her classes are well worth the drive. The childcare helpers are also really wonderful; I've rarely felt so comfortable leaving my kids with anyone else!”
