I didn’t want to go a big box gym with impersonal service, so after reading the reviews I went in for a consultation with Sine. 8 months later I couldn’t be more pleased with results. I have trained with all the trainers, and they are all great. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are training correctly and on the right path to achieving your goals. While my main goal was strength training, I am happy that I have lost 20 pounds of fat since I started, and packed on tons of muscle. The staff is friendly and warm, and you feel part of the Wallace family when you’re at the studio. Steve, who is my main trainer, is friendly, always has a great attitude, and will push you to achieve your best results. He always rotates my work outs, and I’m never doing the same things over and over. It’s always fresh, and it’s done wonders for my fitness level. I look forward to my training sessions every week, and I am religious about never missing a session, which is a testament to how great the atmosphere and training at Wallace is. They have plans for every type of goal, and will help you achieve what you are looking for. I would highly recommend it to those looking for that extra push to start getting in better shape. You won’t regret it.”
