He pays close attention to making sure my form is correct, explaining which muscles I’m using (which means I get the most out of my work out). “The gym is ok. Bathroom needs more attention sometimes. The staff is very friendly and always make me feel welcomed, except the morning black front desk guy, he used to be so nice but now he sucks ,don’t know why he never says hi or anything to me and not even look in my face. I can feel a very bad negative energy every time I give him my card. Remember one unhappy employee can make hundreds of unhappy costumers.”

“Monthly rate is reasonable. The gym is clean. Most times of the day is not very crowded. AC thermostat is not set low enough on hot summer days. Replaceable pads on equipment are not replaced when they wear out and many have holes in them :-/”
