“This is my second visit to this studio. I did the vinyasa class. The studio is spotless, and just warm enough. This class was with the owner leading. I have terribly tight hips and lower back. She helped me just enough, but not too much, to get the most out of my session. The class is as hard as you want it to be. Perfect tempo and not rushed. There is a spiritual vibe but not overly spiritual. I just loved it, and feel terrific now. I’ve been doing yoga for ten years, and try studios everywhere I go. This is up there with the very best. Can’t say enough. The previous time I visited, Dave lead the class. Also terrific. The class was a mix of young to middle age, and all seemed to find their own level.”

“Went in here for the Adult BJJ trial, really enjoyed the experience! It is a family like atmosphere. They are very welcoming and the owner is very respectful and attentive to each and every student. He cares about the well being of his students and wants them to be and do their best. He is also very good at teaching and explaining things. Unfortunately I was looking for a gym that also taught other martial art styles and their schedule didn't really fit mine. They are definitely on the smaller side, but the experience is a lot more personable and not corporate like. Great gym, I definitely recommend it!”

Pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the owners were that I worked out my very first day....and have continued going since. There is just something about the atmosphere; positive and supportive team. Carlos, V, and Lauren are just amazing; they work with you one on one, and are patient in teaching safe yet effective routines. There is also Dance2Fit twice a week with Stacy, I love it! I feel stronger and leaner, I am able to do workout routines that I couldn’t do that first day. I just love how I feel after each workout, not to mention my clothes fitting much better! If anyone is not sure about this place, trust me, it’s well worth it. No judgement or competition, feels like one big happy family where even members encourage and support each other. Large facilities, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, his and hers locker area and showers, racket ball, long list of classes (included in my plans price), punching bags, basketball and volleyball game area. Nicely maintain center and equipment. Super clean. I never had to wait for the equipment. Trainers are great, experience and knowledgeable (They are worth the extra money. ) Yes, they have a large nice and clean children area. I am unsure of prices for that service. This gym definitely has the WOW factor covered. I am sure I missed something 10/10”
