DSC is expanding their space, which is really exciting as it allows for further development of the different aspects of a gym, but still has a closeness feel to it. Instructior Guillermo is so nice, always has a smile on his face and always willing to help. He has patient with the kids, teaches in a way you can learn and adapts to you if you can't learn the way he is teaching you. He takes his time with you to learn. Extremely patient. The class is never the same. It's not the same thing day in and day out. He teaches you self defense, but makes it fun. It is an AMAZING workout. My daughter used to be extremely shy but this has boosted her focus tremendously. It has also helped her focus more on her school work. Part of the belt promotion is to show your school work, so great motivation. When she first broke the board her face lit up, she was so proud of herself and knew what she could do In short: Amazing Master, Great for Kids, Great workout, Self defense, Confident booster. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! BEST DECISION EVER!!!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would! I came to check out REDEMPTION during their grand opening and I fell in LOVE with the atmosphere, classes and people! My favorite class is RUMBLE with Neil on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 PM! He kicks your ass in the best way possible, and always has awesome tunes that make this one of the most enjoyable forms of cardio that I've ever tried! I also LOVE Maria's RIDE class - she kicks ass too! I always feel HIGH on endorphins after leaving her class (and HUNGRY LOL!) Shoes and gloves are cheap to rent (only $3) if you don't have your own, so it's super affordable to try something out if you are unsure. The locker room is always clean with convenient amenities like a hair dryer, hair ties, and deodorant. The shower heats up QUICK and has great pressure, so you'll have no problem washing up (the provided body wash and shampoo smells super yummy too.) When you go to REDEMPTION you are greeted by name and all of the staff are friendly and fun to chat with. The location is amazing too - check out Flower Child or Panacea for delicious post-workout meals or Athleta if you have cash burning a hole in your pocket (everything is soo cute.) I can not recommend REDEMPTION highly enough, if you want to be motivated, and ENJOY your ass kicking (with cute branding that is great for the GRAM) this is the spot!!!”

As an almost-70 year-old with IPF (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, an incurable and irreversible lung ailment,) as well as balance issues caused by a bone l shattered in my right foot during a fall several years ago, l was hesitant to join the Fitness Pavilion. However, that decision has had a life-changing, positive impact on my life and health. Justin gave me a thorough orientation as to the proper use of the equipment. Parmjit’s chair yoga classes have helped me relax, learn to breathe more deeply, and gain strength and balance. My latest venture has really surprised me. When l first joined Julie’s DanceFit class, l had to hold on to the wall or barre for balance. I struggled to pivot, kick, and move without stumbling. I struggled to catch my breath. But, three months later, my balance, strength, and agility (along with my breathing) are vastly improved. I heartily recommend the TriHealth Fitness Pavilion to any of my older contemporaries.”

Because Stacy has a background in occupational therapy and cranial sacral work, she understands how to tune in to the specific needs of the individuals in her class.
