“I had MAJOR issues.. but the hair stylist is gone. I'm shocked she's still even employed by Ulta.. and is now at the Southside location. MAJOR MISTAKE! I'm giving the whole story and it gets insane. So I believe in giving people a chance to correct their mistakes. Sadly Laura RUINED my hair. Not only that but she had EVERY EXCUSE possible! It's the city water, purple shampoo.. the lighting. Every excuse possible! As you can see by the pictures it was YELLOW!! My scalp was BLEEDING!!! I had a consultation at the south location and right after Laura told me she was moving to that location 😡🤬 So I waited for her to leave north so there wasn't any conflict. Welp.. I was wrong. Not only did she look up my profile (and I'm sure every other client of hers).. she text me and called me NON STOP!!! THEN she canceled my appointment with the new stylist!! Like true bunny boiler status! I got mgmt involved to have her stop.. it was RIDICULOUS!! SO Brenda did my hair.. and its (obviously) AMAZING!!! It took her over 5 hrs to correct Laura's "work". The before pic in chair was Laura's "attempt" at fixing the yellow in previous pictures. After is what Brenda did. The Management.. most importantly Adrienne and Sam.. were all AMAZING!!! Truly top notch!! I will NEVER use anyone but Brenda.”
