Had a great experience today, the manager Margaret was also great- kind and accommodating. Overall a great visit. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be in regards to the online reservation system. I tried to make an appointment online, but Nicole didn’t come up as an option when I tried to select my stylist. At first I was afraid she’d left, but rest assured, she’s still there. Not sure if it’s just a glitch, but it would have been easier for everyone if I could have selected her from the start. An easy fix, I trust. “Latin barbershop. Guys were friendly. Reggaeton music videos on the TV gave the place a nice vibe. Friendly staff. Showed up for a cut with my son about 12p as a walk in and got taken care of immediately. Took about an hour and 15 for the 2 haircuts. It got really busy right after we got there so calling ahead may be a good idea on a Saturday. Reuben took really good care of my son and I. Definitely recommend.”
