When I first called this salon, it was difficult seeking an appointment because I could not keep myself from crying long enough to leave the message. I intentionally tried over the weekend, because I was not sure I could get through a call in real time. I had been through years of appointments with specialists and trips to Quest, but with no definitive answer as to why my hair was constantly shedding or why it would fall out in big clumps every time I took a shower. I just wore hats, and my husband cut off the remnants. No, btw, it was definitively not Covid. That would have saved me all the specialist visits and snake oil treatments. If you are like me and your hair situation is traumatizing, I hope you will do as I did and work up the nerve to call Patti. She has a small charming salon off her house and will wear a mask, so you can feel safe being there if you are high risk. Most important, she is extremely kind. I don’t think I have ever had anyone so clearly give 110% to helping me feel good about myself enough to take off the hats. She spent so so much time with me. She takes a really long time consulting with me and explaining ways to make my hair look its best. I walk out of the salon with amazing looking curls. She really listens to what I want. This salon has so many levels to it. My college aged daughter went up to the cafe to work on her course work, and she loved the cute atmosphere and delicious drink. “There are not enough words to explain the value Toni puts into her brand. Her hair studio is not that average and you can tell when you first pull up to her shop. Once you walk in, you know you’re in a salon that is clean, well valued, and have a sense of serenity! The decor is also on point and there has never been a time that I’ve gone that the shop has been in a disarray. What shop have you ever been to that’s always spotless and smell good at all times no matter how busy it is. Toni makes sure she takes pride in her brand and is a perfect example of her work! She is always put together and never makes excuses as to why her hair or appearance is a mess and she is always professional. This is why I was shocked to see the 1 star review that was left! I’m not a hairstylist, but I do have curly hair and know that my curly hair will never be bone straight with a relaxer. A relaxer is made to straighten your hair, but a good stylist is able to keep your hair healthy by keeping the integrity of your texture, especially when you want to add color. That is one thing Toni and I have discussed when she has colored my hair in the past. Her motto is healthy hair first! She is not one of those stylist that will put chemicals in your hair without you understanding what comes with the process. I love how she has taken care of my scalp; which has allowed my hair to grow and it’s the healthiest it has ever been. No more shedding! No more flakes! No more dead hair! I have a beautiful full short cut with volume and she’s even gotten my thin sides to fill in. I am thankful that Toni always puts her clients first, always reinvesting in her hair studio, takes the time to always educate her clients, and most recently have made major changes to incorporate COVID changes that proves she’s not playing any games with our health nor hers!”

When I went to get my beard lined up and trimmed, I received the absolute best service that I’ve ever received at any barber shop. My barber was Heather and she was phenomenal. She even suggested a good beard balm that I could use to help grow my beard. I normally shave my beard do in a year and let it grow out for the winner, but the service was absolutely phenomenal. The barber in the chair next to me was cutting a little boys hair and that was his second haircut. The barber was so patient with a little boy and she gave him an absolutely beautiful haircut. Three ladies on his barbershop, but when I tell you the absolute best service I received was from the woman that cut and trimmed my beard. I will continue to go here while I’m living in Pennsylvania.
