I’m from Mississippi and was in the area working for a few months and joined CF Auburndale to work on progressing my fitness. When you sign up, the coaches will do a one on one with you to figure out what your goals are and get to know you. After that, they set you up with an app to check in and track your progress and your CF journey starts. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you’re at, the coaches help you scale workouts and modify them as needed. Cam, David and Devon (the coaches) are extremely positive, likable and beyond helpful. They’ll challenge you to be better so you get the most out of your workout. If you like positivity and being surrounded by it, this will be a great fit for you. I had not been in Crossfit since 2016 and the atmosphere is completely different now. The coaches genuinely want what is best for each individual and to promote growth within your life. From one on one sessions to class sessions, I never felt like I was 11 hours from home or unwanted in the gym. The members and coaches are truly incredible. The only regret I have was not signing up sooner when I got to the area. Again, thank all of you at CrossFit Auburndale.”

“Was told by a few doctors I needed surgery to correct my L5 herniated disc when i was 19. At 24 I came here due to my siatic nerve in constant pain and thousands spent at a chiropractors, took me 2-3 visits a week and several months of therapy and 2 years later I do not have have that pain anymore. I watch what I do, but I need to schedule a visit for a refresher pull. But I'd recommend to anyone who doesn't want surgery, it will take time and in the long run it will help, everyone's body is different cant expect thungs to work iver night. Worth every penny. I also miss you guys hopefully I'll be back next month from Texas with a 5gal bucket of avocado honey for yall :)”
