“My Russian Blue cat, Grimm, rapidly developed a very severe liver and kidney infection. Unfortunately, by the time we realized the existence & severity of the condition, it was too late. When we took Grimm to Tier 1, we were given the prognosis and the odds were very low that she would make a recovery. We loved her very much and did not want to drag out a process that wouldn’t likely succeed. So, we chose euthanasia. I have never had to go through the process before. Tier 1 vets explained the process, gave us a breakdown of costs, and allowed us to sit in the room with Grimm as long as we wanted in order to say our goodbyes. We never felt rushed, which was appreciated. We chose to stay with her during the process, which was painless. I’m glad we chose this option. She went out happy and pain free wrapped in a blanket in our arms, which was best. We miss her but are glad that she did not suffer. We chose to bury her under a tree with a good view on our property. The night we buried her, the Northern Lights came out for just 10 minutes. I like to think that was Grimm saying goodbye. We miss you, Grimm. ~Thank you to the whole team at Tier 1 who signed a sympathy card. That was very thoughtful.”

“I saw doctor Ekaete Jackson for a family doctor. I was impressed she was talkative she picked up I was nerves and that was about the virus. The wait was long a half hour in the waiting room and a half hour wait in the office but she spent a half hour talking to me. It was worth the wait. Today march 19th 2020 and I had other visit with doctor Jackson. I did not wait in the office very long and I did not wait on her very long nice visit. But I found out today Doctor Jackson leaving this office. I only had her 2 times and I really liked her and she a Christian too.So I must pick other doctor again for the 3rd time. “This was my first visit with Dr. Link. I spend a lot of time in the sun and wanted a skin cancer exam. I appreciated the way Dr. Link explained things as the exam progressed. She dealt with a pre-cancerous issue during the visit. She also dealt with another issue that other doctors never noted or addressed during prior exams. I felt that the care I got from Dr. Link was exceptional. Everyone in the office that I came in contact with was caring, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Link has a very good support staff.
