“I have seen Dr. Cayli Balch for about 6 years now and I love her and her office staff. For the past 3 years now I drive over 3 hours to come to my doctors appointments because I love this office we have a great relationship She listens to me and my concerns When I have had 3 different surgeries over the years she worked with me about my pain medication I've never had an issue getting my medication the only bad thing I can say is sometimes the parking lot is full and u have to park somewhere else or wait for someone to leave I've never really had along wait to see the doctor normally I'm seen within 10-15 mins of arriving the longest I have had to wait was 30-45 mins and that's only happened once in a blue moon The front office women are wonderful super friendly and always try to get u checked in and out fast The only thing I hate is now starting a couple months ago they have a call center now where you can't get ahold of anyone in office and they don't speak English very well and normally you have to wait 24 hours to get a call back or answers to your questions/ problems if u have any That's the 1 and biggest problem I've had and don't like and that's only been recently”

“Having an aging relative means a constant influx of new prescriptions. If you have ever tried to call a CVS, you quickly discover that they never answer the phone, you are in an endless computerized loop. Press 9 to check on the status of a prescription, and after pressing 9 it wants you to enter a mysterious prescription number, that of course you don't have. At that point the computer tells you to go online and check the patient's account, which of course they don't have, because they are 80 years old and don't go online. It's so refreshing to just call Walmart pharmacy, a real person answers the phone, and tells you that the prescription is ready for pickup. Or that the prescription was sent to a different pharmacy, or that the prescription was never called in. But at least you talk to a real person instead of spending 20 minutes pressing buttons.”

“- Oct 2022 - **This is almost a year after my initial review. I feel like almost nothing happened. Sean is awesome and knows what he is doing. I still have very small discomfort but it is due hard work out, the injury is well gone. I strongly recommend this group. Great therapist!** 10 months before - I wanted to wait some weeks after my last appointment to see how my body will react from the treatment. I cannot say it in better way other than Sean saved my neck! He provided the best care and managed the dry needle therapy the best way possible. I walked into the office unable to even move my jaw to eat or to talk and move due to pain. 3 weeks later I was able to move my neck and able to swim. Sean provided me with the correct exercises and suggestions to follow. Gabriela, Grace and Melissa are very good too. Overall, the Team is very good and they did not make me waste my time. I still have spasms on the most affected shoulder area but they are due to how hard I am pushing on the pool every night. I will certainly recommend this Team to anyone who has muscle issues on the neck and back. Thank you so much Sean and Team! I can do almost everything again.
