It has a nice welcoming atmosphere that gets you in the mood for a great workout. Yes, the price has increased over the years but you can actually see the money going into the facility. They're always adding new equipment and they're always finding ways to make the facility better as a whole. They have a stretching area, a cardio area, your cable machines, plate loaded machines, a free weight section, a boxing area, a spin room, some saunas, a Jacuzzi, a leg equipment room, and an outdoor CrossFit area. There is also a protein drink shop in the front for smoothies, healthy refreshers, protein snacks, and acai bowls.”
