When I first met with, the Managing Director, Emily Nardiello, I immediately felt I was in good hands. Emily is a true professional and seasoned nurse director along with her staff of nurses. She’s attentive and an excellent communicator and listener. My mother’s resident on-boarding process was seamless, and Emily and her administrative staff were instrumental in welcoming my mother while we moved her into the Neville community. Neville Place has many beautiful outdoor spaces for my mother and the other residents to enjoy, such as a patio area, an extensive lush garden with benches, a rooftop sitting area, and a walking path in a tree-lined field. My mother is mobile, but she is dependent on a walker. Her memory loss requires ongoing reassurance and redirection throughout the day, and she is cared for by this amazing team of care professionals. When I visit my mother, she and I can enjoy our time together -- and when I leave the visit, I know that she is well cared for, and I am at ease for her and for me.”
