“My mom needed to have a cracked tooth removed and this required an oral surgeon. Called a few places for possible quotes and this was the only place that gave me a range based on how in depth the procedure might go. I decided to take my mom here for an evaluation and x-rays. On the day of, we arrived prior to her appointment time to complete paperwork. She was seen almost immediately and well before her appointment time, which was nice. X-rays were done and before the procedure began, Dr. Cohen explained the entire process, possible outcomes and potential issues. I was able to be in the room and heard the conversation. I was completely impressed by the doctor's slow pace, conversation skills and overall genuine concern for my mom. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Cohen kept checking to make sure my mom was not in pain or any discomfort. Once the tooth was extracted, again, detailed instructions were given for post care, along with necessary items to help reduce swelling. I was surprised that the doctor even gave her cell phone number for us to call in the off chance there was an issue when the office was closed. Who does that in this day and age? Dr. Cohen does and that was another factor that left me feeling in awe of this practice. I would highly recommend this practice should you be in need of an oral surgeon. A few things to know: street parking was available with meters, the address is to a complex, so look for building F. Again, I would recommend and refer to this practice. Dr. Cohen, thank you! You truly are a gem.”

They usher you right into a room - less anxiety and stress for my Healer vs the waiting room with multiple animals. We travel a lot and our last Vet appt was in Reno, NV - we brought Zippy in for her updated vaccines and a few other goodies.
