“The staff and Dr. Young were very nice. Calm and soothing office environment. The root canal consult was done in the morning and options thoroughly explained. Because I was going out of town they found an opening in the afternoon to do the root canal procedure. From start to finish about one hour. Dr. and assistant were as gentle as they possibly could be and asked several times was I okay. This was my second time here and both times were a positive experience. Also, the staff was able to determine insurance share and my share of the cost within a couple hours.”

“The ONLY Doctor who really LISTENS and TRULY CARE FOR KIDS as well as Parents! He is an answered prayer to our family! Our kids need extensive treatment, and every dentist we go to they would always push us for our kids to go under general anesthesia! We really understand why they need to we really do, but as parents, we are really concerned for our kids bec they have other medical condition as well, and we're too concerned about them having too many general anesthesia exposure.. He's the only one who patiently explained to us what options we have and why the other dentists are recommending for the girls to get the treatment under general anesthesia, first visit and we're really impressed how personable and thorough he was as well as you can tell he genuinely listens esp. to what parents' concerns are and not being so pusshy although he knows that it's the preferable way of tx for the girls due to the extensive work that they need. He did not turn our request down and did not shut us out even though he knows that's the best way possible like the other dentists are telling us and he knows for sure that we really don't understand but he carefully and willing fully hear us out and he really listens to us. We're only asking our previous providers if they can atleast try to treat the girls without going under ( least option/alternative ) before having them to go under general anesthesia since the kids are very good in terms of following instructions and can behave very well as well, the kids have never tried having any dental treatments ever and so we would want for them to try first and see how well they'll do with the treatment with just the nitrous inhalation. We only asked the other offices to AT LEAST TRY as the kids might do well, though we know it would be too much going in multiple visits we still choose to do it this way rather than exposing them with another general anesth. No one ever! No one wants to try! but would just shut us out if we don't agree to do general anesthesia, No one BUT Dr. SIMON MORRIS! He's the ONLY one who said YES! He didn't hesitate for a second to say yes! He said he will try it for the kids! He's heaven sent to our kids! To our family! He did not know how much grateful we are to find him and moreso how much relieved my husband and I because we've been in so much stress with our other dentist who would always leave us feel pressured like we have no other choice and no control over our decision with our own kids since he won't do it our way but only his way! I felt really bad and stressed out because of him, honestly! because as a parent, I felt powerlessness over decision making on what I want for my kids, he took that away from me and I can tell how much our previous dentist was so upset because we'd rather go and find another dentist to do it for us than do what he wants us to do. With him, it's like we have no choice but to do what he's asking us to do even though we extremely opposed it! THANK GOD for finding Dr. Morris! The kids did very well with their treatment without having to go under gen aesth. The kids enjoyed every visit at his office, all the people in his office/ his team are very accommodating, personable and friendly and always puts a smile to everyone everytime:) the kids love the office bec of all the activities and toys! From now on DR. MORRIS will be our forever dentist for our kids! He's simply THE BEST!!”
