As a 64 yr old, walking into a CrossFit box for the first time, I was a little nervous, not knowing what to expect. Coaches Lyn & April made me feel at ease. April is a phenomenal coach. Very knowledgeable, encouraging, takes the time to explain certain techniques (correct form regarding weight lifting, etc.) As a new-be, she scales down the workouts to my level which are still challenging but achievable. She’s awesome!!! CrossFit Pulse is a great place! Coaches are the BEST, workouts aren’t boring, members cheer you on during workouts.
