“Tina Y was one of the most amazing & tenderedhearted medical personal I have ever met. I took a trip to big bear last month December 17-19 2023 & during my visit to the ER Tina constantly checked on me & made sure I was comfortable whether it was offering me a blanket, asking if I was okay or feeling better, offering me jello or water & simply just had such a sweet & pure personality and cheerful. The whole staff was amazing overall just Tina really stood out to me. She’s definitely in the right profession & my bf and I both could tell she truthfully cares for others. She is both sympathetic & empathetic.
