I was tired of suffering from the pain and did my research online and came across Dr Xu and team. I was hesitant as he was far from home but I said to myself why not give it a shot. Dr Xu was able to tell me right away that part of the issue was that I had Scoliosis by looking at my MRI, something that all other doctors could not even tell me. We started Acupunture with him and physical therapy with Adori. Within my first 3 session I was already feeling the difference. I was starting to walk a little better and the pain was becoming less. Adori is GREAT, she works with me and gives me things to do at home to better myself and the pain. Dr Xu, Adori and entire team(recepcionists) are all great and helpful, would recommend them to anyone if they want to see result!!”

The front desk/greeter was quite pleasant & quickly realized she was missing just 1 piece of information, took that & asked me to have a seat. Prepared to be waiting a while, I emersed myself in my book and almost missed the calling of my name just minutes later. The technician (Stephanie?) directed me back to the testing room with pleasantries and a smile. She explained every aspect of the tests with knowledge and a bit of humor and after wiping down anything that my skin could possibly come in contact with, tested away. She answered any and all of my questions, took extra precautions when I freaked a bit to make sure I was OK with the procedure and after we were done, walked me to the door with a genuinely sincere "Have a nice day". All in all, I dealt with pleasant, knowledgeable people.”

“My mom had lived at another memory care assisted living in Woodbury, for more than 2.5 years for Alzheimer’s/dementia. We moved her to White Pine Memory care as Mom and us(her family) were NOT at all happy with her care the previous 6plus months at St Therese. We as her family and Mom are so happy with the care she has been receiving at White Pine Memory care. First of all the staff is amazing from the house manager Ann to the nurse and especially the aids and caregivers that we can see each time we visit mom, love their residents and they love mom! There are too many great, caring Nurses Aides to name but they sit with the residents, they’re always good at redirecting, caring for mom/residents and mom always looks nice and they always inform me on what’s going on with her! Mom moved into White Pine on 7/31, and really she easily acclimated to her new facility White Pine in a week or so. I would not have believed it because Mom is some advanced with her Alzheimer’s to where she cannot really state her needs, nor can she say/tell us as she cannot speak in sentences anymore. But the way she is acting and cared for says it all! Mom has been there about 5 weeks and she is eating and drinking better and overall she looks like she is happy! Many thanks to all the staff at White Pine Memory care in Cottage Grove! ❤️💙”
