While there for a pediatric cardiology which can be nerve wracking, he was making jokes while being sincere with my 13 year old son. He was exceptional!!! His assistant was also and turns out it is his daughter. My son and I truly appreciate them and are thankful as they took extra time for treating we were not scheduled for at the appointment. I showed her an old photo and she recreated the hairstyle perfectly, something no other barber across five states has been able to do. Moreover, she was incredibly focused and meticulous. “I have seen and worked with many doctors over the years. I will say, I have never had a provider listen to me or other patients as well as Janet does. She doesn’t just listen, she genuinely cares and helps you to the absolute best of her ability and scope of practice. I will forever be grateful to her because she has led me to have 3 burdensome medical problems fixed. I had gone for years to many specialists who had no answers and gave me the run around. Just because Janet actually listened, she led me straight to the medical diagnosis No one else could and I got treatment promptly. The quality of my life improved so much after this. I have seen her as my family care doctor since I was a small child. I have gone other places, but I will stay here for sure and recommend this practice to anyone. I have also seen Dr. Vang many times. He also listens and cares. He also helped me through a serious complication. He is genuine and listens and doesn’t come in the room ready to get you out. He doesn’t come in overconfident and acts like your concerns are minuscule. He takes you serious and will try his best to get you the most accurate diagnosis and have you treated. It is difficult to find providers like this now, but somehow there are two great ones at this office. He cared so well for my grandma. The providers are very prompt in their communication via their portal. The office staff is amazing. There is one person that works there that I will not name that answers the phone and comes off as extremely nosy, and a bit rude sometimes, but she’s not. She a really sweet person. Don’t take her wrong. Joy is awesome. She gets right on your referrals and gets them done and those prior auths—she blasts through them like nothing. She is on your side! The nurses are also really good. Anabela is a sweetheart.”
