“We were passing through today for work and my husband needed a haircut/ shave. After looking through some local shops I stumbled across Sids Barber Shop and decided to see if they would be able to squeeze him in last minute. They were happy to work us in and I didn’t think it was possible to have so much fun while waiting on my husband to get his head shaved. They were AMAZING! I actually hate that we live so far away. “The staff at Park Manor is, by far, the best we have seen. My mom is in Park Manor due to her medical conditions. The nursing staff and the support staff are incredible and they care so much for their residents. They are more than my mom's nurses; they have become her friends and they care about her. It is not easy for her to be there as she wants to be home like anyone else. Unfortunately, her medical conditions do not allow that. She needs skilled nursing. Her nurses at Park Manor are so kind and compassionate. They take time to have conversations with my mom no matter how busy they might be and they ask questions about her life's experiences. We have experience with two other facilities and the staff is not nearly as good. I could rave about the care for days! There is a very large physical therapy room on site and there are several great physical therapists. The activities for the residents are fun and we see many smiles when we walk through the facility. It is not uncommon to find some residents who don't seem happy, and many times it is not the facility, but instead it's their circumstances. If you give Park Manor and their fantastic nurses a chance, I am confident you will experience their kindness and compassion.”
