I used to go to places that did a lot of walk-ins and I realize those places like to just rush the service so they can get to the next person. Rushed service equals terrible service and results. We started coming to this office in December & Both of my boys get really bad asthma flare ups and need breathing treatments with just a slight cold and they never fail to get them in and seen the day we call. They are so kind and very patient when speaking about concerns. I highly recommend this office. “My experience at McDonough House was the best experience I've ever had as far as intense inpatient. The counselors where God sent. Nicole, Heather, Wayne, Dawn, and Mike challenge you daily to help you identify the core problem that lies inside they help also with helping you identify the symptoms that occur weeks before you relapse physically. They were very loving and treat each client with love and kindness as if you were a family member... I love them all dearly Gina has done a amazing job in directing the program she has not only played a part in getting me there when death was knocking on my door, she set up a criteria that is amazingly effective. The Techs Kendra, was like the mother of all Techs she will call you on your nonsense when needed while still attending to all your needs. Candra,Tammy, Nicole, and Doug was very kind and put the needs of the clients first. I love everyone there and truly believe that with what I learned and experienced there with hard work , I will have a long life of sobriety. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM!!!!!!”

“I recently switched doctors and I was explaining to my new PCP what a hassle CVS has been. You can’t get them on the phone, they’re rude, they’re incredibly slow, and they can never give me the correct quantity of insulin for a month’s supply, which means I’m forced to deal with them almost weekly. He talked me into sending my prescriptions over to True Vine and I figured my experience with a pharmacy couldn’t possibly be worse than CVS. The gentleman I’ve been in contact with is named Aman (so sorry if I’m wrong!) and wow. Excellent customer service. I decided to have my prescriptions delivered to me in Zephyrhills, which I thought would mean it would take a few days to receive my meds. Nope! My doctor called in my scripts, at which point Aman called me to let me know he would get all of my meds transferred from CVS. I have quite a few. My medications were here early the next afternoon! I wasn’t home to receive them but my husband was impressed with how nice the lady was who delivered them. When my insulin was ready to be refilled (via my insurance) Aman called me and asked me if I wanted him to contact my doctor for more refills. My insulin was delivered the same evening, and again I wasn’t home, but my husband commented again on how professional and friendly he was. And guess what? I actually got the proper amount of insulin! I’m so use to fighting with CVS for everything, and with this pharmacy, I don’t have to do ANYTHING. I am so thrilled with this pharmacy and my entire experience. The customer service is literally the best, and they are fast and EFFICIENT! I feel like I am well taken care of and I’m so thankful my doctor sent me their way. I feel like I have more control of my health because I am receiving the proper meds in a timely manner. At other pharmacies I have always felt guilty for having so many meds, but this man is very capable and took care of everything so quickly. They even blister pack your meds in doses if you would like! From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I don’t see a ton of reviews so it seems like True Vine isn’t nearly as popular as they should be. If you’re tired of fighting with other pharmacies, give them a try and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!”
