The residents at Brooks House appear to enjoy companionship with others and purpose in their daily life. Everyone there seemed content and well cared-for. The place is clean with private rooms (shared bath per 2 rooms) and a common social area and dining room. I was convinced, after spending some time at Brooks House, that they understand dementia and they would make sure that residents feel valued and appreciated.”

Everything from the online adds would have me working over the phone and computer, no one on one in person. One on one personal time on what choice was best, I even knew what my out of pocket costs would be at the first appointment. I proceeded with the purchase and at delivery had close to another hour of private one on one time for fitting and sound adjustment. Here’s my main point, NO way would an over the phone or on the PC experience could have matched the service I received! I believe my cost was less than 2 of the online offers, I have a local resource for service issues and mostly peace of mind that someone has vetted the product for me. Happy all around!”

“Today was our second time visiting this location for a medical procedure, and both times were as pleasant as they could be under the circumstances thanks to the wonderful staff at this office. My daughter, who had to have another MRI with and without an IV contrast, was anxious due to recent issues with bloodwork, not finding the veins, etc. Nurse Jayne Corey was SO comforting, understanding, and amazing; she really listened to us and our daughter, taking the time to calm her and ensure she could find the vein and insert the needle as comfortably and accurately as possible. Our other nurse, Sadhannad Elaine, was just as sweet and understanding, trying to take my daughter's mind off the IV needle while helping her to choose a movie since it would take about an hour. Everyone was wonderful, and I wish this place had better reviews because the staff here deserve them! Thanks again, ladies!”
