“Dr chad puts things into a perspective that works with my lingo and its easy to understand. He justifies my fears and stressors and helps me find a way to a solution with what he knows is in my realm of ability. Its so comforting to know that he knows me well enough to understand what I am trying to say when I cant find the words. He jumps ahead of my thought process to stop my mind from wandering and worrying about made up scenarios. He understands how my brain works and works through each scenario with me. I wish everybody who tried a therapist would have had the same experience as I have with Dr. Chad. All it takes is one bad experience to deter somebody from trying therapy again with a new therapist. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Chad when I did. He has helped me understand why my brain does the things it does, which helps me in day to day situations. Over the years, so seamlessly, I have noticed that my anxiety is gone. I used to have a constant murmur of anxiety everyday all day.
