“I went in today for a couple different things including sore foot and migraines (getting old). I could not have been more impressed with the staff and especially Kayla. I had an appointment the previous week that was canceled because another patient had a medical emergency. Most clinics would have made me wait for hours while they sorted it out and honestly, although slightly disappointed, I was relieved that I wasn't neglected for 3 hours waiting. The 1st thing that happened today was Kayla gave a sincere apology and I really appreciated that (great service recovery). She gave a thorough exam and was very professional. She was easy to talk with and way less rigid than most Doctors or nurses. I will gladly utilize them for all of my non-emergency needs.
