“I agree about the long wait times being a bit frustrating at times, but the staff makes up for it. Just one of many examples, I went there one day to get an economy-sized bottle (200 tablets) of an otc medicine that I've been taking regularly for years (and it's relatively expensive, hence the usefulness of buying in bulk), but all they had at that moment were the smaller sized bottles. I asked an employee who was stocking the aisle if they might have some in back. He said their delivery was coming in later that day, and asked if the price was the reason I bought in large quantities. He happened to be a manager, so he took two bottles that were 100 tablets each, walked me to the counter, and told the cashier to charge me the cost of the bottle of 200. It saved me like $7. That's genuine customer service, and it's worth waiting a few extra minutes to me.”

“This office and it’s staff EXCEED expectations every single time. My old dentist was horrible and gave me a phobia of the dentist and so over years I refused to go and get my teeth fixed because I was not ready to endure that experience. But the moment I came to the random lake office everything changed. I was able to go to the dentist and not be terrified or put through the pains that had caused my fears in the first place. My mouth is now in much better condition thanks to the staff there and my fears have changed to excitement! Knowing I get to go in and get closer to all my teeth being healthy makes me soo happy! Kelli (his admin) is also amazing and is a top-notch communicator. She's quick, concise, and cares about his patients just as much as he does.”
