With a very nice grand entry boasting hardwoods, including a fireplace & piano, leading to a beautiful setting in the main dining area, often seeing the wild turkeys & deer in the trees. “I took my father-in-law (who was visiting from PA) to this wonderful urgent care at 8:00 pm on 8/1/25. I picked this particular one here in Venice because the Google rating was the highest and, boy, is it ever well deserved! Our first interaction was with Mechelle who was at the front desk. She was so very personable, friendly, and efficient and provided such a warm welcome! She set the tone for the whole experience and is such a gem! Our next interaction was with the nurse, Brandi, who was extremely nice and patient and compassionate when listening to my father-in-laws symptoms. A delightful experience, especially under the circumstances of us being worried. And the final interaction was with the PA, Kelsie. Once again, we were so impressed with that interaction as well. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, compassionate, personable, etc. What was also a pleasant surprise was that the system there is connected to CVS so they knew of all of my father-in-law’s medications without him having to remember. We can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and help during this visit. Should I need an urgent care for myself in the future, I definitely will be coming here, versus the ones I have visited in the past. You are by far the BEST! Thank you!!!!”
