“We LOVE our new home that the Renewal Remodel Team built for us! We had originally started as a remodel but realized we were going to need to tear down our home and rebuild a brand new home. We had met with Troy first for the remodel, and were so impressed by him we decided to go for it and have them build our new home. From design (Taryn) to onsite coordination (Glenn), and back to Troy and Owner, George- we were impressed with their attention to detail, great communication, and overall product. The entire process happened during the toughest construction time (COVID!) and they were amazing to work with through it all. Any issues that came up were quickly resolved and we always felt they had our best interest at heart. One thing we know, we have had many friends /family do a remodel or brand new build and end up not happy with their builders at the end of the project. Not Us! Daniel came to our home three times throughout the process and took the time to listen to our needs and helped us come with a plan within our budget. He was also helpful in helping us selecting the design and helping us understand differences in the types of replacement doors. The process was very easy we were very impressed with the technology used to measure all of our 39 interior doors, the doors got delivered and installed perfectly. Our new doors are a major upgrade and improvement and we could not be happier with the end result. I have to compliment the office staff (Robin) for keeping us updated on the process as well as the installation crew (Mitch & Ernie), these guys were super professional and did an amazing job. Tons and and tons of boxes unloading, picking up, helping customers, grabbing shopping carts, I even saw her cleaning the restrooms. Meanwhile I’m not sure what others around her were doing. I’ve seen many customers compliment her on how hard working she is. Whomever reads these reviews I hope they own this place. “If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! We had just put in a brand new tub. We had hired someone to do the sheetrock, mudding and taping. It was about 2 weeks before we actually noticed they damaged our brand new tub. We were not wanting to go through the expense of replacing the tub but had no idea who to contact. Luckily for us I happened to look through a piece of mail called 'TheHomeMag' where I saw an ad for Miracle Method. I checked out the website and thought if they're as good as the photos I'd be ecstatic. I submitted a request for a quote and got a call the very next day. Scheduled an appt for the quote and Ryan came and did his thing! Very polite, professional and we felt he was honest. Then we scheduled the actual repair for a couple weeks later. Miracle Method called the day ahead to confirm the appointment. The day of the appt. Trevor called to let us know when he would be arriving. He showed up on time and went straight to work. Let me tell you, if I didn't see it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it! It looked beautiful!! However, Trevor said that a particle of dust got in the finish and he was going to come back the next morning to buff it out!!! We were thoroughly impressed with the work and Trevor!! I will be recommending Miracle Method to everyone I know!”
