Although timing of our install was delayed due to COVID, work shortages, etc., out of the owners' control, the end result was well-worth the wait, and came in on-budget. Any challenges, issues or concerns were also resolved in a mutually respectful way (any construction project will have some bumps or inadvertent miscommunication along the way--the key was handling them with grace).
