“Quatro Lighting, Erik for the quote and Ruben for the installation, did an unbelievably amazing job. They restored (cleaned, rewired, fixed parts, put together and installed) a 1929s Murano chandelier that I inherited. The chandelier looks stunning and I am confident that everything is secure and installed properly. Additionally, they moved a fan over that was too close to the chandelier and installed a 3-way light switch which was unrelated to this project. For these last jobs, I had received quotes from another electrician and quatro’s bid was less for both which made me feel even better about the work. I will definitely be reaching out to them again to install custom glass fixtures made by my father-in-law!”

Art checked in by text and email, and sent progress photos to keep us posted on the work. We had them install new carpeting in a bedroom also, and are very impressed with that as well. We went in with a decent idea of what we wanted, but Sommer did a great job at helping us look at different options and letting us take our time at choosing the right flooring for our home. We decided on a beautiful LVP called Charleston Dunes in the Carolina Coastal collection. “Initial sales contact was very good, but Rapids supplied us with 2 faulty hood/fan systems which they sourced through a sub, delaying the opening of our restaurant. We finally had to make our own modifications to get the system to work. The sub admitted the mistake and promised to reimburse us for a portion of the costs we incurred making the system useable. Although we initially received assurances that payment was coming "any day", to date, 5 months later, we have not received. Rapids and their sub both shirked their responsibility. We will not do business with this organization again. UPDATE: My issue was resolved and reimbursement was received.”
