I assumed it’d cost more than it was worth to have it repaired, so I donated it to him so he could use it for parts in his business. He quickly picked it up so we didn’t have to deal with taking it to the dump. He was kind and gracious to receive the donation and even gave us some weed eater replacement parts for our weed eater in exchange for our donated mower. “I was bringing my wife and new daughter home from the hospital at 5 minutes to closing time for the pharmacy. I called the store in hopes that someone would answer the phone and wait for us so we could have the prescriptions. I made my way through the call tree at 5:59pm on a Sunday night, I knew there was no way anybody would answer the phone with one minute left before closing. I was wrong. An actual live person answered the phone, and agreed to make sure that we got my wife's medications that night. Wow. Such customer service is not expected in this day and age, but the pharmacist came through! Thank you so much for taking the extra time and effort to make sure that we had what we needed for the first night home.”
