Moving on, I met with Jessica (PA-C). Her willingness to take extra time out of her day(more than once) to listen, educate, and come up with a game plan for my success was outta sight! Olivia (and Natalie)have been great. She has put up with my [endless babbling and bad jokes] hectic schedule by moving appointments, explaining processes, next steps, billing questions, etc all with a smile. Bottom line is that while rare, excellent customer service still exists. I’ll continue to spend my hard earned money at FitMD so long as the staff continues their killer levels of customer service.
