“I delivered my son on 7/20/22. I had some complications along the way but my nurses were wonderful. My first epidural wasn't working properly and my nurse encouraged me to get another. Best decision. My blood pressure dropped and my nurse handled it with grace. I told them the doctor didn't make it to the delivery of my last son. The nurses made sure the doctor was there in time. I considered having another child because of this experience 🤪”

“I had a test done at this hospital, and was nervous after reading some of these negative reviews, however, I had zero reason to be concerned. From the moment I checked in at the registration desk, by the super friendly staff, to the technicians (Kyle, Jaime and I think her name was Megan) to the physician, Dr. Hansen, performing the exam, I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was very reassuring, and explained everything in detail, as to what was going to happen. I applaud their "bed side manner," and appreciate their genuine concern and professionalism. “I have seen Dr. Woodford a few times now. I don't go to the doctor often but when I have needed to go, it's been to the walk in clinic to see Woodford. SHE IS FANTASTIC! She listens and does what she can to help you with whatever your ailment may be. Only negative thing I could say would be the wait time, but it is a walk in clinic, they don't have control over how many people need help, but once I was taken to a room, it was very quick! I appreciate this Clinic so much and how they have helped me in the past, and I'm sure they'll be there for me in the future!!”

“This was my 3rd colonoscopy but my 1st colonoscopy with Dr. Gupta. Dr. Gupta and his staff are amazing. From my initial appointment, Dr. Gupta took time to talk to me, ask me questions, answer my questions but most importantly, he did not rush me. I had a few questions after my initial appointment and his staff always were generous with their time to answer my questions. The day of my colonoscopy, the staff was great getting me ready in a timely manner. The Anesthesia doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Gupta took the time to talk to me after the procedure and explain the results. The surgical room was clean but one small recommendation that I have is that if they can set up a room for patients to change rather than changing in a bathroom. I have OCD lol so this is the only reason why I make this recommendation although the changing room/bathroom was clean. Overall, Dr. Gupta and his entire staff are amazing, knowledgeable, kind and definitely 5 Stars.”

“The ladies at the Covid vaccine clinic are the absolute sweetest! And the woman I dealt with on the phone to make the appointment (since my daughter is a baby. It’s walk-in otherwise.) was also so kind and helpful. She just got her second shot and they were so good with her. I would highly recommend them for any seasonal vaccine. And there was no wait both times we were there.”

“FINAL UPDATE!!! They took absolutely great care of my dad!!! The communication was nothing short of awesome, and my dad said they made sure he was well taken care of. I was worried, but when it was all said and done, they get 5 STARS!!!! The case manager, and operations manager did a great job of reaching out. I have no complaints, and my dad have none, that alone says a lot!!!! Just this morning, I agreed to move my dad to this hospital for long term care. I truly hope some of these negative reviews are exaggerations, or have been resolved. now I'm a bit nervous!!! UPDATE: I wrote the statement above earlier, I can already say that “from my own experience” so far,,, I’m impressed!!! The hospital has contacted and they definitely made me feel better about my dad going there tomorrow!! I can travel out the country knowing they will keep me informed, and he will be cared for. I’ll give another review when the process is all done.”
