“Dr. Dean and his staff are amazing!! Our dog (age 6 or so) messed up her leg terribly bad in July 2021. Dr. Dean performed her surgery on July 19, 2021 and today November 11 2021, she has now been walking perfectly with ZERO limping for several weeks now. She had TPLO and Troclear Sulcoplasty. We carefully followed everything Dr. Dean told us to do and I am so happy she is doing awesome!! Dr. Dean and his staff are very caring and thorough!! We are 100% satisified with this outcome!! “Dr. Steck has been my daughters PCP since birth. Soon after she showed such excellence I switched to her as well as my PCP. Her nursing staff have always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with all our visits. When she moved to her own practice out there in Delta we stayed patients because of how good she is. I don’t know what we would do without the team in Delta. The minimal exposure we have had with the other doctors when Dr. Steck is out has also been fantastic. Wish I could rate 6 stars haha”

“I would surely recommend this place for anyone that has a loved one that needs a petmanent place or rehab. I know that people might be put off by the location, that's not what defines a good place. It has a staff that care about the residents. It's very clean and all the COVID-19 protocols are follow for the safety of the residents and staff. It might not be glits and glamor but what's important is that the residents looks happy and well cared for. Not everything it's perfect, like in any health care place at this time, the staff is short handed and the ratio between nurse and patient is 1 nurse per 15 residents which make the call lights take a little longer to be answered to. My exprtience with the staff was great. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I was able to meet with both Admissions directors they were so friendly and caring. They listened to all my concerns, without feeling that I was taking to much of their time. I asked if it was possible to meet with the social worker and in less than an hour the he came to the room and I was able to get the discharge plan taken care. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android”
