Not crowded this morning the adult ER was empty and my husband received really good treatment and the customer service treatment was excellent. I did hear another woman complaining in the next bed, however she was being really demanding and the doctor got inpatient. He could have been more understand she was there because she was ill, but he did express that he was in the middle of seeing other patients. Whatever.... I would go there again truthfully.”

“Making the decision to get off methedone was not easy and I knew I was still going to need some medication assisted therapy. I was really nervous and made calls to several well known Suboxone doctors, but I just didn't felt comfortable with them or they we're charging an astronomical amount of money for quality care. It was quality care, but not an option for me at all because the cost was just to much. Then a friend told me that there husband had had an excellent experience with Dr. Luber, and it was covered by their insurance which was the same as mine! I called immediately, excited, but also nervous, waiting to find why this doctor wouldn't work either. I called and spoke to a very kind and knowledgeable CMA, explained my situation and which she said they could help and I qualified. I was overjoyed, but to be sure I requested an appointment with the doctor just to go over everything. I was absolutely thrilled when I got to my appointment, the staff was kind and not judgemental, and my appointment with Dr. Luber was so helpful. Making the decision to get off methedone and begin a low dose of Subutex therapy was an easy one, but figuring out how to do it was much harder than I expected. Dr. Luber absolutely put my mind at ease. He had an appointment with me just to answer my questions and address my concerns. I went into that appointment expecting to get the information I needed and then take another 2 or 3 months preparing to be inducted on Subutex. During my first appointment and evaluation Dr. Luber calmly explained that because I was only on 24mg of methedone maintenance, I could stop dosing making that morning my last day of methedone maintenance dosing, and then return 5 days later and be inducted on Subutex. I was absolutely overjoyed! I couldn't believe that in just 5 days I would be off of that methedone forever! I was scared about the 5 days with no MAT at all, but Dr. Luber was very encouraging and agreed with me that 5 days of being pretty uncomfortable would definitely be worth being done with the clinic, and the lifestyle that comes with it. Also, to my great surprise (I didn't even consider asking) he prescribed me plenty of comfort meds (PRNS for nausea, diarrhea, anxiety, sleep, restless leg, heart rate) to get me through the 5 days between the last dose of MMT and my induction to Subutex. I did exactly what he said and I couldn't be happier that I did. My whole life is different now. I'm so much healthier and in control of my life. I couldn't have ever done this without his superb guidance and knowledge of the issues, being up front and honest with me about everything, and the staff that made getting my prescription AND office visit covered a breeze. Ive been seeing Dr. Luber since May and I have absolutely no regrets. This is a wonderful physician that truly cares about his patients. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is SERIOUS ABOUT SOBRIETY.”

“I first heard about Dr. Kelly while in labor with my son. I did not have a pediatrician picked out and without hesitation, my midwife said "Dr. Kelly, I will give you her information". I told multiple nurses after having my son that she was recommended and all the Beaumont nurses spoke very highly of her and encouraged us to see her. At least five different nurses and doctors praised her for being a great Doctor and for being an integral part of teaching other doctors. Many other reviewers complain about the wait time and I can attest that you will in fact wait your turn to see her. However, when it is your turn you will get the most thorough visit every single time. She will answer every single question and make sure you understand and feel comfortable. My son feels comfortable with her as well. In the last year, we have been in a few more times than our regular checkups so we have seen at least 6 other doctors. Each nurse, doctor and assistant that we met has been kind, helpful and I have nothing but praise for everyone. I have had no problems with this practice and would highly recommend them but do not plan your appointment for when you are in a hurry or go in hungry because you will absolutely wait.”

The room is more like a private suite with heated working chairs, big tv, nicely decorated space. The staff are close by so if anything happens, one of them will come by to check on you. They listens to how you've been feeling to adjust how much fluid to pull or not to pull. All the staffs should get a raise, they are doing a very good job.”

“I was looking for a new doctors office, i checked reviews and found many doctors with terrible reviews. Most complaints seemed to be more staff related than the doctor. I was referred to Dr Lopez by a friend, I was pleasantly surprised, office was clean and professional, staff quick to great me and get me ready for appointment. I was taken in at my appointment time, quick process with blood pressure and history review. Dr Lopez arrived soon after, had a great exam, he took a lot of time with me explaining everything in detail. Reviewed my medications and explained what they were for and how they worked. He listened to my concerns and provided one of the best medical exams I have had. Never before, in the history of medical care, has there been such an abundant opportunity , as there is today, for a Doctor that is willing to spend time with a patient before trying to collect his fee. I recommend Dr Lopez! Give him a try, you wont be disappointed!! Tell him “RG” sent you in. WOW! I have been using this office for a short time and am very impressed! I was having a bit of trouble with with a prescription, the pharmacy was giving me different information then the Doctors office. I called in right before closing, explained what was happening and I was told by the receptionist that she would forward the information to the nurse on duty first thing in the morning. I received a call back from DEBRA, she reviewed my file, answered all of the questions I had, provided me with a professional, understanding of what was happening and put me at ease.
