Our personal residence had massive water damage and BSPA compiled documentation for our case. They eventually referred us to legal counsel that assisted us with mediation against the insurance company. It took about 2 years of work from time of the incident, navigating the claims process, working with BSPA, connecting with legal representation, then mediation.
