“Since we used Bauer & Associates for the probate part of my mothers Will, I decided to use Ability Title to close on her house. Since they are affiliated and I was selling my mothers house "By Owner", if any issues arose they would be effective in solving them. The Will had seven beneficiaries scattered throughout Canada and the USA, so it was a complex closing. In the end, the closing progressed as planned. The buyers inspection issues were solved and some of the beneficiaries received their documents by FedEx overnight and were returned in a timely fashion. The buyer signed the documents on the closing date and everything was completed.”
