The prices for the title insurance are reasonable as well as the fee for the closing service. I definitely do not agree that there are any shady practices here as all the fees associated with title insurance are negotiated between buyer and seller upon contract which is usually at least a couple weeks before closing. All fees are disclosed in the title commitment provided within the first week under contract as well as any lien payoffs associated with the title of the property.”
