Jesse Sweeney spoke with me, we talked about my sketches, and he gave me what I think was a fair and reasonable price. On the day of my appointment, he did not disappoint. His station and the entire shop was clean. He let me see that the equipment was clean, he changed his gloves several times throughout the session, and he had a real nice touch. I mean, yeah, it's a tattoo and there's a needle digging into your skin, but there are those with a nice touch and those with not so much a nice touch. Regardless , I'm really quite happy with his work and the experience. Fully earned five stars.”
