“I'm one of those people who don't write reviews but there is always the exception and this is mine. When I first started medicare I researched the information available, talked to several agencies and made my choices based on their input and knowledge. But little did I know!! I soon found out that the choices I made were not the right ones for me. I made it through a very expensive year and as my renewal time came I met with Joe Valenzuela at Vista Mutual Insurance Services. I made an appointment and we talked about all my needs from insurance premiums to copays all the way to prescriptions. I told him how I had made my choices from the prior year and I really needed to change them but wasn't sure how. Medicare was not as simple as it appeared. He took the time to talk to me, find out what I needed and didn't need. He was very patient and explained everything to me and made me feel at ease.
