They have been professional, personable, proactive and dedicated to assisting with maintaining the best and cost-effective insurance carrier on a yearly basis. Annually, I receive a letter suggesting that I contact their office (before my policy is to renew), just to make sure my premium remains competitive. I believe they have directed me between three major insurance carriers over the 10 years of service that they have provided.
