When I added a new car and deleted an old one, it was done online. So there is the ease of adding/subtracting a vehicle to the policy without the assistance of a person. “I had been loyal to State Farm for over 16 years and switched to American Family a few months ago when my husband and I made an offer to purchase our first home. I didn't imagine that State Farm would decline to insure our home until we were already in contract. We were told the home didn't meet their criteria for insurability... Okay! So, our lender recommended we give Jim at American Family a call and we had the needed-insurance in 3 days and way less than we figured it would be. We also switched our car insurance and now save about $420 a year, compared to State Farm, for the same coverage. Someone is always able to answer the phone, they're local and super easy to connect with if it's needed, and they gave us a lot of choices in what\how much insurance everything has. For someones that don't know a whole lot about insurance and have never filed a claim (us), American Family was much easier to understand and definitely less expensive. Thank you guys, for helping us get our house, and also saving us money.”

“Sandy Rice at Pioneer Title was an absolute professional. I chose to price/rate shop to save a few dollars with an out-of-state lender--which was my mistake. Instead of using their preferred Title Company, I chose to use a local company because I would rather invest in Phoenix than in California. Sandy had fantastic turn-around on her side of the transactions (usually same day even in a busy crunch time of closings). She was wonderful at clearly communicating what she was working on. In the end, she saved the day getting us to close. She had to duplicate efforts on several fronts due to lender errors, lender staff turnover, etc., but she remained cheery and positive through all the extra work. I doubt seriously all the work was worth the reasonable fees that were paid to Pioneer Title, but I'm grateful when you meet someone who does such a great job and remains pleasant through difficulty. I would absolutely recommend Sandy if you are buying or refinancing.”
