They offered me a little more than what another shop had quoted. They were lovely to chat to, and the whole process could not have been quicker or easier. They even looked at my family flatware which ended up being silver plate. “What a wonderful surprise finding these guys. I went to them because of their 5star reviews to have my Tag Heuer watch band repaired. I was told that I would have to leave the watch for a few day so that they could order a part from Tag Heuer. They did not know how much Tag Heuer would charge. I really was hoping that I was not going to have to pay more for the repair than a new band would cost. Anyway, long story short...they found some spare parts that fit and fixed it perfectly...no charge! I sincerely appreciate how courteously and honestly I was treated. Thanks guys!”
