The gentleman that works there keeps things very business like with no small talk so don’t expect a “Welcome to Moes “ when you come through the door. The men who showed up were extremely knowledgeable in regards to carpets and cleaning and explained to me exactly what they would be doing in order to ensure that my carpets were restored to their former glory! They were fast, efficient and also showed up 10 minutes early! I really appreciated their professionalism (my tortoise went wandering towards them by accident and they were totally cool with it!). They responded the same day, and we figured out a convenient time for a walk through. We received an estimate immediately after the walk through, and within another day had our deep clean scheduled for the following week. Overall, our experience with You've Got Maids was really positive and we're looking to work with them moving forward. We plan to start with cleanings every 3 weeks. This house cleaning service has certainly reduced our stress and increased our down time at home! I'm a little nervous about the pets moving forward as it's not easy for me to leave work midday and not fair for the cats to be locked up for long periods, but I've made my concerns known and I'm sure they'll be addressed.
