“I had an opportunity to visit Preston wood cleaners recently for the 1st time and I can tell you that the staff working there was very kind and the cleaners was very clean and very very easy-going. I left my order and returned in a few days to picked up my items and left. before examining. When I return to my studio I said "wait a minute, a crease?" Yep, I noticed that there was a crease in my black pants, and I remember that I failed to request "no crease" in the pants. So today I returned to have my pants pressed and I explained my error when placing my initial order. I spoke with John, who simply said no problem and I can pick up my items tomorrow. They even had complimentary Bubble Gum which I find a special delight. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Preston Cleaners for a professional and personable experience. Thanks for the gum!”

“I love this place and I have loved this place for over a decade. Because this place has great customer service the location on Parsons a little unsettling but they have this laundry service where you can drop your laundry off get it done and come back and pick it up so I use this location for laundry service and I love it good customer service it's always clean and neat and they are so good with this laundry service you have to check it out. There are several ladies that work there and all three of them are wonderful. All you have to do is bring your laundry you do not have to provide detergent they charge you a fee per load which is great and it's a lot less than what I used to pay when I was doing my laundry but your laundry is folded and so need and clean and they call you when it's done it's a great service I don't know if I'll laundromat's all for it but they should if they don't.”

What impressed us most was when he laid down a drop cloth to protect our floors from his shoes, in addition to wearing shoe booties throughout our home. It really demonstrated how much he respected us and our home. Jeff made our carpets look terrific, and they were dry in less than half a day. “Best/cleanest laundry mat I have been too! I was created by an attendant right when I walked in. She showed me how to operate the machines (which are large and efficient and amazing). She even volunteered to help me bring my laundry in. Brenda kept checking in tower if we needed any help. They are the sweetest! So glad I found this place. We literally got all of our laundry and house linens (bedding, curtains, etc) done in under 2 hours!! Great for a busy mom with lots to do!!! My daughters loved the little tv area!”
