“I will definitely continue to use this facility for my laundry needs. It is always clean and all the machines work!! I don't have to dry my clothes 2-3 times like I do at other facilities. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. There is a laundry facility right across the street from my apartment, but I choose to get in my car and drive over to A&Q Laundry Room. I pass at least 2 other laundry facilities, and i've tried them, they don't compare to this place!”

“INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!! We had an emergency situation involving a copious amount of pungent cat urine on an expensive custom-made dress for an extremely important formal event. From the start, Steve was upfront and honest about the fact that he might not be able to restore the dress to its original condition, given the extreme circumstances. However - not only did he end up working a miracle and successfully getting the stain AND smell out of the dress - but I swear it looked better AFTER he worked on it than it had before the incident. When I came to pick up the dress and saw it hanging there, in perfect condition, I was literally in tears with relief and gratitude. Steve was calm, kind, and extremely capable throughout the entire process. The young man who answered the phone and worked at the front desk was very helpful and compassionate with us as well. Not to mention the price was extremely fair compared to other cleaners, I honestly felt like we owed them 3x what they charged. We are eternally grateful to Steve, his miraculous skills and calming demeanor, and his staff. If I could give them 10,000 stars, I would. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

I remember coming here with him as a kid to pick up his clothes on a pretty consistent basis, and to this day, he always speaks very highly of the owner and this place. Recently, I've started coming here to get my comforter clean - I come in, drop it off, and get it back within a couple of days - no hassle. Because of the pandemic, I haven't had a need to get any of my business clothes cleaned, but once I'm back at the office, I can definitely see myself using this place consistently as well. “I Have been going to this location since i was young. About age 5 or younger. Back when there used to be a crawl space you could play in. Whoever the new owners are now, have made great improvement to the location. Love the tv. I spent alot of time here doing alot of laundry. It was nice to be able to watch a movie while waiting for the dryers to finish. If i may suggest 1 thing. It would be to go thru your food vending machine. I have came across things that are expired. Aside from that price was not bad. Love the giant washers and dryers. New owners seem to keep it pretty clean too. They also have a lotto machine with 2 vending machines. We Will be back.”
