I suffered a serious heart attack last winter during Covid, and the owner of this business, stepped in, to make sure that my children didn’t have to worry about laundry. Not only did she take the pressure off of my eldest daughter and supportive friends, she made sure, to continue this service, once I was released after my heart surgery. Meghan has a very strong personality, but her heart is larger than the state of New York. I have since continued to use her for alterations, repairs, “emergency cleanings” and the wash and fold pick up delivery service when I’m completely overloaded…. And I have to say, she runs an amazing company and a very tight ship. I will never EVER bring my coats, dry cleaning, gowns, and/or wash and fold to any other establishment in Nassau County!!!! I cannot say enough about her and her service!!!! Her Hard work is an understatement!!!!”

It is huge with huge washer machines and huge dryers. There are TV's to watch while you wait, vending machines that are always stocked. They have a small arcade room for the Littles. “Brought in a pair of navy blue pants that had coffee spilled on them. Picked them up and they still had a strong coffee smell (obviously they had just pressed them and not cleaned them) brought back for a redo. Picked them up, same thing. Apparently if there are no obvious stains, they charge you for dry cleaning but don’t really do it. The employees are very nice but the actual service is sub par. I would like to amend my review. Not only did I receive a text and call concerning my feedback, they sent out a driver to pick up and return the pants. I feel like a valued customer. It’s easy to get great reviews when nothing goes wrong. It’s how you turn it around when something does go wrong. We are loyal lifetime clients now because of the extraordinary customer service.”
