“Very clean or at least cleaner than the others I'm used to, have service on staff to help keep it that way saw a staff member mopping floors and dusting the machines then taking out various garbage pails, discount prices on certain days of the week, a few industrial capacity washers (from 1 load to 10 loads, at $1 per load) and up to 35lb dryers that accept up to 5 loads. Better than nothing.”

“I sent Edith a high-end, finely worsted wool suit coat for a moth-hole repair. The fabric had a single-thread pin-stripe going through the hole, of course. She repaired it, including the pin-stripe, so well I could not see where the repair was made. The craftsmanship was truly amazing - magic, in fact. I also sent some high-end, limited edition, multi-colored alpaca sweaters, woven in Peru. These had multiple, large moth holes in them. She expertly repaired them so well that all the colors matched, and you could not see where the repairs were made. She is truly an artist at the top of her field. And her prices are reasonable considering the quality of the work. I would highly recommend her services to anyone with any kind of damage to a valued fabric. This is becoming a lost art, and she is keeping it alive.”

Came in on a Thursday to ask again about dry cleaning and she stated it would be ready by Friday at 4PM. Received a call/voicemail at 2PM stating it was ready at that time and advising me they were closing early that day due to personal reasons and wanted to make sure I was aware before I could not pick up my items. Also received a 2nd call back on my way there later on to remind me. I was always consistently addressed by my surname, even though that isn’t a concern to me. Clothes came out clean and in great condition without any damage. Glad to support and write this review.”
