Debbie is almost always there to greet me and get me going quickly. She is SUPER HELPFUL! In the hundreds of garments I have had serviced there may have been 1 or 2 buttons that got damaged, but they took care of it quickly and NO drama. I have also used their alteration service for patches for my kids various activities. This service has not failed me yet. I see a lot of negative remarks on this string and I simply don't see it. Folks have to remember, it's a cleaning service, NOT a MIRACLE service.”

I am not sure what previous posters experienced but i almost exclusively bring delicate clothes that are made of expensive fabrics (since i dont want to ruin them in my own washer/dryer) to this place and have had no issue with them being returned or even ruined. I had picked up some used couches and the previous owner that had them had animals and the couch smell like dogs very bad not only did he deep clean them and made them look brand new again, but… He got t the smell out to and then when he did my carpet he brought it back to life, the carpet looks brand new again.
