“Awesome. I didn't realize they closed at 5 and my clothes needed dried still. The owner stayed an extra half hour so I could have clean dried clothes. Absolutely did not have to do that. I was very grateful and that's too notch customer service if I ever saw it. Great place and the machinery works really fast. All in all it took about an hour from washing to drying. Definetly recommend. They also stay there so you don't have to worry about anyone taking your things. Awesome awesome awesome!!!”

“Due to ongoing iron issues in our well water, we signed up for laundry wash and fold with pickup and delivery. The pickup/delivery is very convenient with a 4 day turn around. It is basic laundry, nothing special required and so far I have been pleased with how everything has been washed and folded. The bags are provided by the company, they are sturdy and protect from the elements while waiting for pick up or when delivered. Clean clothes are also wrapped in a plastic bag, which prevented them from getting soaked on a recent rainy day. We had one issue with a bag not being returned on drop off day. An email to Charmane produced a quick follow up with a satisfactory result. I feel very confident in how responsive and professional Charmane and the company conduct business. I plan to continue using them and would recommend.”
